Relationship Tips

Even the most romantic couples including the most perfect of the universe experience turbulence zones. What your relationship needs is just a little push.

Live in the moment :  It may be sometimes difficult to live "in the moment", especially with mobile phones ringing and responsibilities at work that take us away from our partner, but we must try to focus on the present moment as much as possible if we want our relationship healthy. Say yes to your partner when he/she asks you.  Research has shown that within the happy married couples, one partner meets the life partner requests/demands 86% of the time, and unhappy couples only 30%.

Keep some time just for the two of you : All married couples should reserve some time just for them every week. Whether it is a romantic outing or a quiet dinner at home after the kids are in bed, plan something for both of you.

Physical touch : The more physical contact you have with your partner to show your affection, such as a hug or an embrace can make your partner really happy. Although it sounds simple it can make lot of impact. And if it’s not possible to come in physical contact with your partner on a given day, "Call him anytime in the day, just to say hello. Be patient and try to make this a regular habit.

Household activities : The main issues of contention between couples are money, sex, raising children, housekeeping and in-laws. Do your part of the household activities properly like keeping the things at their place after use. This may seem like a small thing but little things can create quarrel and virtuous circles in your marital life.

Communicate as much as possible : Take time to reconnect in the evenings by spending half an hour to discuss what happened on that day. We've all heard it a million times: communicate, communicate and communicate! After all, it's nice to have someone who sympathizes when you are caught in traffic jams on the way at night, and it's even more fun to have someone to celebrate small victories of life. If you and your sweetheart already have the habit of doing, fantastic! But that's not a reason to turn on the TV and move on. Married couples who have intimate conversations about their sex lives are happier in their relationship.

Make your partner laugh : Nothing like making her laugh to brighten her day! If you are not comical in nature, that is not serious. No need to try hard to joke to improve your relationship. Go and watch an entertaining program on TV, or if you read something funny on the internet during the day, share it with your partner as soon as you can.
